No one has your body, nor your experience- working one on one with a Yoga Teacher to deepen your sadhana (spiritual practice) can lead to unique, more powerful experiences of Yoga practice than group classes. Katherine offers compassionate support and personalized sessions of yoga postures and meditation for individuals and small groups, as well as lessons and coaching on leading a yogic life: a life which seeks balance, wellbeing, and ultimately, freedom and peace.
